Our Sourcing Services offering focuses on a broad range of positions within the administrative tasks, customer service, development, infrastructure and systems administration, project management and analysis, executive talent, and technical sales.

3. Who is the recruitment team?

Our in-house, Philippine-based team has an average of 5 years in the recruitment and consists of a Talent Manager to create the strategic direction and oversee implementation, a Project Manager to implement the strategy and monitor results and a Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing and phone screening.

4. How do you source your candidates?

Our recruiting team creates a customized hiring strategy and comprehensive marketing campaign based on your specific tech recruiting needs. We analyze over 5 years of specific labor market data from other virtual assistant agency, as well as labor market data from 3rd party partners, to power our data-driven approach to recruit through over 200 internal and external sources. Examples of sources include job boards, social media, targeted email, passive sourcing, and robust networks developed by our in-house recruitment team.

5. How do you source your candidates?

You will be charge one-time fee of $300. After the recruitment process, we will provide 3 best candidates for your final decision.

6. Do you provide a guarantee?

We offer 10-day guarantee to our clients.

 

10 day guarantee: In the event that the virtual assistant or VA hired does not perform satisfactory, resigns, or goes AWOL within 10 days from the official start date, We Vrtual World guarantees to send a 2nd batch candidates without charge.
